HCSC Membership
There are many ways people can contribute to our club.
Paying for membership, sponsorship, volunteering your time, etc.
Even if you cannot be an active member, your donations are highly appreciated. It keeps the club alive!
Membership to the Hamilton County Saddle Club entitles you to:
| •Have voting rights at meetings |
| •Participation at Saddle Club events |
| •Eligibility for year-end high point awards |
| •You will be notified of show changes, dates, cancellations, etc. |
| •Keep track of your show points on the web |
| •You will be added to our mailing list. |
| •Access to the arena* |
| •Contribute to a great organization** |
Cost:
$5.00 for single or family membership.
(yes, it is the same price for both)
Family membership includes immediate family only.
You may pay membership dues at a show or you may download a printable membership page, fill it out.
Mail it with check payable to Hamilton County Saddle Club.

*Arena Guidelines
Saddle Club Insurance regulations require that:
| •Members only may use the arena and grounds, NO guests. |
| •No one under 18 may use the arena or grounds without adult supervision. |
| •The use of riding helmets is encouraged. |
| •No stallions are to be ridden by anyone under 21 years-of-age |
| •The arena and grounds must be in the same condition or better when you leave. |
**Membership Contributions
There are many ways people can contribute to our club.
Paying for membership, sponsorship, volunteering your time, etc.
Although it is not a requirement, it is highly encouraged that you attend meetings,
help out with ground maintenance, and with the shows.
Even if you cannot be an active member, your donations are highly appreciated. It keeps the club alive!
